Question: Is there a Guild Wars 2 Collectors edition and are there System requirements out yet?
Im looking for the Guild Wars 2 Collectors edition if there is one, and or if you can pre-order the game yet, I am also looking for The Guild wars 2 System requirements so i can figure out what graphics card to get to at least get high quality! Thanks

Not sure about system requirements as of yet.
They have stated that there will be a Collector's Edition, but no information on the CE is available as of yet, so you also cannot pre-order it. You can only pre-order the standard retails version of the game (for example on Amazon).
And no, the system requirements also have not been released yet. Keep your eye on the official website, as that is where they will publish updates.
There is no announced CE yet, and anyone telling you differently are trying to sell you something. Amazon are trying to pull this for instance, offering you the option to "pre-order", which is nothing more than a scam, as they don't have a way to order from the publisher anyway. They are only trying to get your money "tied" to them. Wait for the official announcement.
As for speccs there are none released yet, so we don't know for sure, but we know that Arenanet are aiming for mid-range machines, not state-of-the-art stuff, so you should be able to do fine on decent hardware. I made a clip about that below.
