Question: Is heart of the swarm going to be better than Wings of liberty?
I'm planning to buy Wings of liberty in march, but I heard that another Starcraft version is coming? PLease let me know which one is better so I can buy it.

If u like terran, don't even bother buying the expansion. It just gives the zerg part or the campaign instead of the terran part. Stupid activision, ruining blizzard games for profit.
It is still unclear as to whether or not HOTS will be a standalone or expansion to WOL. If Blizzard follows its' prior format regarding Warcraft3, Diablo2, the first Starcraft, you will need WOL in order to utilize HOTS. So that being said, you might need WOL anyway, but HOTS is going to be mostly Zerg missions (campaign), and if you prefer Terran, WOL is probably the better choice. If for some strange reason Blizzard does decide to not milk every penny out of consumers as usual, and it is a standalone, HOTS will have more units in multiplayer as well as the campaign and will therefore be better.

u'll have to buy wings of liberty if u hadn't. the heart of the swarm is an expansion pack (add on) continuing the campaign storyline from wings of liberty. it's not 2 different games. the wings of liberty mainly feature the terran campaign, the heart of the swarm the zerg, and one last one the protoss.
