Question: Halo 3: our internet got disconnected and now when i go to play halo3 none of the downloaded content is there?
i had downloaded all the maps had mods had films and screenshots and now i simply dont have them
its happened with my other games (gears 2 no flashback,combustile)
does anyone know how i can acces them without having live working

You can't access your dlc without being connected to xbox live, unfortunatley. It's happened to me before.
Here is a few problems that might of happened:
You were downloading it while it disconnected
or
Your xbox live account membership is no longer valid
or
Your xbox live account has a age of 17 or less
or
You bought it on a different xbox live account
That last one must be the problem since I have had the same problem.
What you need to do is while you are at custom games or forge, you login to the xbox live account that you purchased or downloaded from. Load the maps screen.
Logout of that account if you wish.
Then you should be able to play.
