Question: Brand new game from Gamestop is not new?
Today i bought a supposed Brand new Wii game at Gamestop, it was sealed and I know that if i want to return it i cant open or break the seal. I opened it when i got home and checked the cd. The disc had some smudges and a few tiny scratches on the sides. I hate it when Gamestop opens up new games to take out the cd and sell you them at full price. Well this one was new but it was cheaper than it being online. (kind of an old game) But It was new nonetheless. I want to know if i can return it already open and exchange it for another new copy? and since they open their new games i want to ask if i can see the disc first.

Sometimes they put used games in new cases and just add their own tape.
If it didn't have shrink wrap then it's probably not new, they don't just take off the wrapping.
